- Salary : $135,500 USD Annually - $161,300 USD Annually

You will have the opportunity to provide care to the underserved in our communities while practicing a wide scope family medicine with a multi‑disciplinary approach. We are looking for Part Time or Full Time Family Nurse Practitioners to join the Team!
Salary: $ - $ full‑time annual salary.
Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved.
- Employer‑paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.

Job Duties:
- Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting.
- Being a part of a forward‑thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years outpatient experience.
- Board Certified.
- Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved.
- Active CA Driver's License.
