• Salary : $135,500 USD Annually - $161,300 USD Annually

You will have the opportunity to provide care to the underserved in our communities while practicing a wide scope family medicine with a multi‑disciplinary approach. We are looking for Part Time or Full Time Family Nurse Practitioners to join the Team!

Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved.

Job Duties:

• Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting.
• Being a part of a forward‑thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years outpatient experience.
• Board Certified.
• Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved.
• Active CA  Driver's License.
