* What You’ll Do:

*** Supervise and support the
** nursing team
** during your shift to ensure high-quality resident care.
* Oversee and coordinate
** daily nursing activities
** in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
* Monitor residents’ conditions, provide
** direct nursing care**, and respond promptly to changes in status.
* Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
* Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and charting in accordance with professional standards.
* Support and mentor CNAs and LVNs, fostering a
** positive and collaborative team culture**.
* Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance throughout your shift.

* What We’re Looking For:

** Current and in good standing
** RN license in the State of California
** Strong leadership and communication skills   Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care   Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
