As the RN Supervisor in Auburn, you'll provide clinical leadership, coach and develop a high‑performing team, and ensure exceptional care for every patient we serve. Hourly Pay: $52.65‑$60.00

• Employer‑paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employees and 80% for dependents.
• 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)

• Lead and support your Pod's nursing team to ensure high‑quality, coordinated patient care.
• Oversee daily clinic flow, including pre‑visit assessments for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting visit agendas, and providing patient education.
• Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews, documentation, and timely movement of patients through their visit.
• Manage accurate medication reconciliation for patients with complex needs.
• Triage patient phone calls using strong clinical judgment and nursing best practices.

Required Experience:

• RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California
• Two years RN experience.
• Current CPR Certificate.
