Role: A Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, focusing on planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process to develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring effectiveness
- Responding to changes in patient condition and communicating with physicians or supervisors
- Incorporating therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
- Reviewing care plans, identifying education and discharge planning needs
- Current RN license in the practicing state
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification
- Preferred: at least one year of RN experience
