• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (state-specific requirements apply)
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting psycho educational evaluations, behavioral assessments, and writing intervention plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Understanding of IEP development and knowledge of Special Education processes
• Ability to adapt to new school settings and work independently

• Administer standardized assessments to evaluate students cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning
• Interpret data and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports as part of multi-disciplinary teams
  
  Develop behavior intervention plans and support the implementation of effective strategies
• Consult with teachers and parents to design and monitor interventions that support student success
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
