Mobile Fleet Supervisor

, is looking for a Mobile Fleet Supervisor to lead and grow our mobile maintenance operations just outside the Atlanta, GA. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role responsible for building a high-performing technician team, managing day-to-day fleet service operations, and supporting customer relationships.

, step in when needed, and bring both operational discipline and industry relationships to the table.

• Lead all mobile fleet maintenance operations
• Hire, train, coach, and retrain technicians to meet quality, safety, and performance standards
• Maintain technician readiness, productivity, and accountability
• Step in as needed for on-call situations and technician fill-ins

• Build and retain a strong technician bench
• Implement training standards and continuous improvement practices
• Foster a culture of safety, quality workmanship, and customer-first service

• Leverage an existing book of business to support growth and retention
• Act as a point of contact for key fleet customers when needed
• Ensure delivery service meets contractual expectations and SLAs

• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, uptime, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and profitability

• 3+ years of experience in the fleet maintenance or transportation industry
• Prior experience managing or leading mobile or on-site fleet technicians
• Established book of business or strong industry relationships preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of fleet maintenance operations
• Proven ability to hire, train, and retain technicians
• Comfortable being hands-on, including on-call and fill-in responsibilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
