We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This entry-level accounting role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in finance and accounting while gaining hands-on experience in accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting operations.

The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and helping ensure smooth financial operations across the organization.

• Process accounts payable, invoices, and expense tracking
• Assist with payroll processing and reporting
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and vendor information
• Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
• Help maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
• Assist with additional accounting duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
