Key Responsibilities for the Controller:• Lead inventory control, valuation, and reporting activities across the facility.
• Manage monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial performance analysis.
• Oversee month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor manufacturing cost variances, overhead spending, and capital expenditures.
• Direct and develop finance staff while supporting plant and corporate objectives.
• Provide financial insights that drive operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications for the Controller:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Manufacturing finance or accounting experience required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and cost accounting.
• Previous accounting supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
