Key Responsibilities for the Executive Administration:
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, communication, and priorities
- Manage sales orders, purchasing, and full order lifecycle coordination
- Partner with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Track KPIs, reporting, and operational workflows
- 5+ years supporting leadership in EA, operations, or similar roles
- Strong ERP/CRM and Excel skills
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-priority environments
- Procurement or order lifecycle experience preferred
