Executive Administration
Newly created role in a company doubling in size year-over-year. Direct partnership with CEO - true visibility and impact. Hands‑on role across operations, sales, and procurement—no "coffee runs" here. High‑growth environment with potential to evolve as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities for Executive Administration- Support executive leadership with scheduling, communication, and priorities.
- Manage sales orders, purchasing, and full order lifecycle coordination.
- Partner with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Track KPIs, reporting, and operational workflows.
- 5+ years supporting leadership in EA, operations, or similar roles.
- Strong ERP/CRM and Excel skills.
- Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑priority environments.
- Procurement or order lifecycle experience preferred.
Salary: $60,000 + bonus
Location: Auburn, IN
