• Welcome children and families with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist the doctor during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for each patient.
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images.
• Sterilize instruments and follow all infection control and OSHA protocols.
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Help create a fun, calming environment that makes dental visits enjoyable.
• Work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care.

• Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
• Patient, kind, and able to help anxious patients feel at ease.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to learn and grow professionally.

• Dental assisting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Indiana radiography certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required.
