American Foundry Society seeks a Metallurgist to manage sand and metallurgical labs, establish procedures, and calibrate equipment on the production floor. You will train personnel and ensure accurate data for quality control and process improvements.
The role requires an engineering degree in materials science and at least two years of metallurgical experience, with knowledge of ISO/IATF
16949 standards and chemical analysis methods. Office and plant floors duties apply.
