You'll Do...

Role summary:
The Senior Manager II, Site Engineer
- Supply Chain, leads strategic partnerships within the Distribution Center to drive end-to-end improvements. This role manages and balances workloads of Process Quality Engineers to support network and site-specific projects. It applies continuous improvement methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control to eliminate losses and sustain standards. The role supports Daily Management System reviews by analyzing performance data and implementing corrective actions.

It drives execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, removing barriers, and adjusting performance metrics. The position supervises, mentors, and develops associates to build high-performing teams aligned with company values. It ensures compliance with policies, promotes ethical standards, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

What You'll Bring...

Extensive knowledge of distribution center operations and supply chain management principles. Proven experience applying continuous improvement tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and drive measurable performance improvements. Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decisions and balance short- and long-term operational priorities.

Adaptability to changing business needs and commitment to sustaining process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications ...

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 4 years' experience in Continuous Improvement work or related area OR 6 years' experience in Engineering, Continuous Improvement work or related area. 4 years' experience leading teams. Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System elements (for example, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Quality Key Performance Indicators).

Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
