Responsibilities include monitoring process equipment, conducting shift relief, and mentoring personnel. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, along with two or more years of relevant Operations experience in a Chemical Manufacturing environment. This full-time role requires a 12-hour shift schedule including overtime on holidays and weekends.
