Position: Quality Technician I

the medical device quality technician is responsible for ensuring all products meet established specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role performs in-process and final inspections using calibrated equipment, visual inspection criteria, and documented procedures to verify conformance prior to release.

required skills/knowledge:

  • excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy
  • strong knowledge of measurement techniques and inspection tools (use of micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators)
  • blueprint reading/ gd&t knowledge (training certificate preferred)
  • shift: 2nd shift

additional skills/knowledge preferred:

  • high school diploma or equivalency
  • technical or quality-related training
  • experience with medical implants and instruments
  • iso 13485, gmp, fda 21 cfr 820 knowledge
  • familiar with keyence machines
  • familiar with ecad
  • be able to become part of a collaborative team where your contribution directly impacts product quality and safety
