Duties & Responsibilities

Hybrid/On-Site:
This role is required to be on-site at the Auburn, Indiana location

  • Operate lift trucks; must have a valid forklift license or be able to complete forklift training.
  • Scan products in and out of the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with receiving clerk tasks and perform these duties as needed.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse products for optimal workflow and accessibility.
  • Handle hazardous materials safely according to company protocols.
  • Lift and move items up to 70 lbs. as required.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skill Requirements
  • Valid forklift license or ability to successfully complete forklift training.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Ability to safely handle hazardous materials.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 70 lbs).
Work Environment
  • Warehouse environment with moderate noise and physical activity.
  • Must follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or forklift experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification/license or the ability to successfully complete company forklift training.
  • Ability to accurately scan, track, and maintain inventory records.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all company safety standards.
  • Flexibility to perform a variety of warehouse and receiving duties as assigned.
