Shipping Associate (Foam Manufacturing)

Location: Auburn, IN

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $16.50/hour

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shipping Associate to join our team in a foam manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

• Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials and finished goods
• Prepare shipments according to order specifications
• Use scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments
• Verify accuracy of orders before shipment
• Perform general warehouse duties including organizing and staging materials
• Lift and move foam products and materials, including heavy lifting as needed

• Forklift experience is required
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently
  
  Basic computer skills and experience using scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
