First Shift Mattress Compression/SA Line

Now Hiring Mattress Production Line Associates Location Auburn Indiana First Shift Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pay $17.00 per hour Weekly overtime is scheduled Join a clean and team focused foam manufacturing facility where you will help produce high quality mattresses in a fast paced production environment. This is a hands on position that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Job Duties

• Work on a production line assembling mattresses from start to finish
• Pull mattress covers over raw foam mattresses
• Zip covers securely and inspect for quality
• Compress finished mattresses using production equipment
• Package completed mattresses for shipment
• Stack finished products on skids for shipping
• Keep your work area clean and organized

Physical Requirements

• Heavy lifting required with frequent two person lifts
• Constant use of arms and upper body for stretching and pulling mattress covers into place
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
