Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time| 12 hour Shift 5a-5p OR 5p-5a

Auburn Village, 1751 Wesley Road, Auburn, IN (Just 20 minutes north of Fort Wayne)

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $37-42/hour based on benefits chosen plus $4/hr shift differential for NIGHT shift
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • $5/hour up to $10,000
• Respiratory Unit Bonus:
  Additional $1/hour
• Mileage Reimbursement:
  For commutes over 20 miles (up to 50 miles round trip)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process
• Ensure positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance
• Supervise and support CNAs and QMAs
• Excellent documentation

Requirements

Requirements of the Registered Nurse:

• Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana (Compact Licenses Accepted)
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
