Registered Nurse
The Registered Nurse has responsibility and accountability for assuring the delivery of quality nursing care for a designated patient and/or group of patients in accordance with individual patient needs, physician orders, hospital and departmental policies, NEC's PSO Guidelines, Indiana Nurse Practice Act, and the ANA Code of Ethics. Utilizing job performance standards, the RN provides clinical nursing leadership with quality care and a research-based practice to achieve mutually agreed upon goals.
Maintains confidentiality of information regarding patients, significant others and all health care team members. Participates in efforts to improve nursing practice.
Education:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
Experience:
Prefer at least one year of experience in mental health-related nursing.
Licenses:
Must provide current RN license by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
Shift: First shift, 60 hours bi-weekly, 7am to 7pm, 5-12 hour shifts in a two week time frame.
Salary based on experience.
