Entertainment Team Associate

Job Overview

Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer them assistance. They are tech‑savvy, recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs, move incoming merchandise onto the sales floor, and maintain entertainment displays throughout the day.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour
. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
