• Salary: $26.75 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift: Thursday – Saturday, 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM (3×12 hour week)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) of experience preferred in diesel, trailer, or transport refrigeration maintenance (DOT annual inspections and air brakes required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Own a toolbox and possess required tools
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
• Strong work ethic and team‑oriented attitude

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs
• Replace brakes, repair suspensions, and conduct DOT/FHWA inspections
• Diagnose electrical systems and repair ABS brake systems
• Provide tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs
• Perform structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts
• Troubleshoot APUs and provide road service calls
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and service company vehicles
• Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and other tools
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed
