Journeyman Electrician

Available 24/7 for emergency repair requests, the team is dedicated to meeting the needs of clients and ensuring OSHA compliance. Based on this strong foundation, Innovative Skilled Trades continues to grow its client base and deliver exceptional results. Since 2024, we have added an Electrical Division that we are looking to grow and expand to complement our Mechanical Division.

This is a full-time, Licensed Master Electrician role. The Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical work, troubleshooting issues, conducting maintenance and repairs, and collaborating with a team to ensure safety and efficiency. Additional responsibilities include installing and maintaining electrical systems, adhering to company safety standards, and addressing electrical challenges in an industrial setting. Environments are mostly industrial or commercial.

• Licensed in Allen County, Indiana (proof needed)
• Expertise in Electricity and Electrical Work
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician) are a plus
