The Reality of the Role (Schedule Details):- Shifts: Currently hiring for night operations only. Openings start at 18:00 (6 PM) and 21:00 (9 PM). No first shift available.
- Hours: Steady 8 to 14-hour days.
- Weekends: Saturday dispatch is required 3 times per month.
Starting Wage $27.50/hr
- Year 1: $28.18/hr
- Year 2: $29.05/hr
- Year 3+: $30.50/hr
- Must live within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
- Flexibility to work any assigned shift/hours.
