What You’ll Do- Manage a portfolio of past-due customer accounts.
- Contact customers by phone, email, and written correspondence regarding outstanding invoices.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Process and apply customer payments accurately.
- Investigate payment discrepancies and billing issues.
- Maintain detailed collection notes and account documentation.
- Escalate delinquent accounts when appropriate.
- Assist with month-end Accounts Receivable activities and aging reviews.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Two or more years of business-to-business collections experience preferred.
- Experience negotiating payment arrangements with commercial and individual customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Ability to analyze account history and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

- Pay of $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
