Regional Nurse Director Case Management opportunity in scenic northeastern Maine. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on results, guiding utilization review, discharge planning, and transitions‑of‑care across inpatient, ambulatory, and virtual settings.

• Guide utilization review, discharge planning, and transitions‑of‑care optimization, aligning authorization workflows, payer collaboration, and denials prevention with data‑driven dashboards that elevate throughput, length of stay, and readmission performance.
• Report to executive nursing leadership (CNO/VP of Care Management) while partnering closely with Quality, Revenue Cycle, and Medical Staff leaders.
• Lead daily interdisciplinary rounds, capacity‑management huddles, clinical documentation collaboration, and regulatory readiness, mentoring a nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
• Support strong analyst, social‑work, and RN case‑manager teams, ensuring effective communication and outcomes‑focused care delivery.
