Position Overview
Penobscot Community School is seeking a part‑time Educational Technician III (P/T) to support students requiring special services in grades K‑8. The position is scheduled two days a week, Monday and Wednesday, and includes classroom academic support as well as 1:1 and small group instruction as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide classroom academic support to students with special service needs.
- Deliver 1:1 instruction and small group lessons as requested by teachers.
- Collaborate with experienced staff in a high‑achievement culture.
- Appropriate Maine Department of Education (DOE) Certification, or obtainable.
- Current Maine Department of Education CHRC (fingerprinting).
Start date is the beginning of the 2026‑27 school year.
