The Learning FacilitatorII performs a key role in supporting the development and delivery of learning programs for the Customer Service Contact Center.

The Learning FacilitatorII will be responsible for the delivery and evaluation of training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Under the general direction of their supervisor and functional peer groups, the role requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, build productive relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders, and adapt to the needs of a diverse learning audience.
Experienceyou’ll bring
- A minimum of 2‑5 years’ training and facilitation experience in a related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging and effective training sessions across all modalities (virtual, in‑person, mixed).
- A proven track record of providing input in designing training curriculum, content, and facilitator guides.
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and key business stakeholders to design and develop training materials and programs.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and goals with attention to detail and follow through.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e‑learning platforms.
- Ability to assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and participant feedback.
- General understanding of adult learning concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).

Pay Range: $60,300.00 ‑ $69,400.00. The base pay is one component of WEX’s total compensation package. Non‑sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
