Job DescriptionJOB GOAL:
To ensure the safety of students who walk to school and cross busy intersections
- Knowledge of safety precautions in crossing streets
- Ability to communicate effectively with students
- Must assist students in crossing at intersections and assure that traffic stops and students cross safely.
- Dresses appropriately: wears reflective vest and carries stop sign, (provided by School Department)
1 hour per crossing, 2 crossings per day (morning & afternoon), 175 school days.
