Job Summary
Provides Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles for properties to determine the legal condition of property titles as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.
Job Responsibilities- Compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records to determine liabilities and the legal condition of the title and insurability of the property.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures.
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines.
- Understand how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams.
- Impact own team through the quality of the support provided.
- Recognize and solve typical problems; select solutions from established options.
- Communicate moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
- Work under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach; individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities, managing own workload.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred. Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience.

Pay Range & BenefitsThe base salary range is $42,379.64 - $70,632.73 annually, varying by candidate knowledge, skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
