Interim Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing home health team. If you are passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through individualized care, we would love to hear from you!

- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Assist patients in improving mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications to improve safety and independence
- Assess fall risks and educate patients and caregivers on home safety strategies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team including RNs, PTs, SLPs, HHAs, and caregivers
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team and physician
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Maine
- Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience preferred, ideally in home healthcare
- Current CPR Certification required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Reliable transportation required
