Description

Under general supervision, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruiting process and helps attract high-quality early career candidates for Paycor Sales across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about recruiting, relationship‑building, and helping others find meaningful career paths.

In this role, you'll apply sourcing strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and manage candidate communications throughout the selection process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/in-person interviews, and maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies to attract potential new hires.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, capture timely post-interview feedback, and support offer, background, and onboarding processes to ensure all Hello-to-Hire SLAs are consistently met.
  • Serve as a liaison to full desk recruiters and recruiting program stakeholders.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and internal partners to provide a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Conduct reference checks, communicate hiring status, and assist in extending offers to selected candidates.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or related HR/talent fields (internships, project‑based work, and campus employment experience welcomed)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skill
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Passion for supporting talent development, and positive candidate experiences
