• As a Supervisory Supply Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Conduct surveys and studies of material management operations.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance on a supply program.
• Participate in production group meetings with representatives from all supply chain processes.
• Serve as a customer advocate for coordination of material issues involving adverse customer impact.
• Direct the performance of administrative and analytical supply work involving supply operations, inventory management and storage and distribution of essential items.
• Obtain material ordering, material management and procurement performance statistics from Material Access Technology (MAT), Material Requirements (MRQT) and/or other logistics management systems.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Tour of Duty: 1st Shift, Mon‑Fri, 0630‑1500.
• Security Requirements:
  Non‑Critical Sensitive with Confidential Access.
• Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination. Unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal.
• Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA):
  Exempt.

• You will be a Mission Essential employee, required to work during an emergency to ensure continuation of essential functions, which may involve the designated duty location, a telework site, or an alternate location/facility.

To qualify for a Supervisory Supply Management Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must demonstrate that you have possessed:

• One year of specialized experience that equips you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, typically in or related to the supply management field.
• Experience planning initiatives that may impact supply operations.
• Experience using Federal and commercial supply and inventory systems in the most cost‑effective manner.
• Experience directing ordering and expediting service based on rapidly changing customer priorities.
