Join our team as a Commercial Cleaner where you will make a difference each and every day in a challenging environment focused on fire and water damage restoration.

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment and supplies for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms and areas for work activities.
• Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines and crew chief directions.
• Ensure clear two‑way communication with crew chief and technicians about customer needs and concerns.
• Perform end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown.
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling.

• Effective oral communication.
• Experience in cleaning or restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
• Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

• Regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Exposure to chemicals.
• Walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing for long periods.
• Climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
• Work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings).
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.

Full Time, Mon-Fri, Core

Hours:

8:00 AM-5:00 PM. On Call Rotation (includes evening/weekend availability). Valid driver’s license required; use a company vehicle, not your own.
