We are currently looking for a Center Director to join our South Portland team!

What are your responsibilities?

• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
• Help lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally
• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to cultivate cohesive teamwork and balance administrative responsibilities
• Solid math competency through at least Pre-Algebra
• Enthusiasm and love for children
• Previous team leadership and sales experience strongly preferred

More details:

• Initial annual compensation of $50 - $58K includes base salary of $50K plus monthly revenue bonus plus HSA
• 12-14 paid holidays annually as well as 10 days PTO the first year
• Typical schedule is 11:30am - 8pm Mon-Th and 12pm to 6pm on Sundays with additional meetings and events as needed (consolidated to 4 day work weeks in the summer)
