** Manufacturing Supervisor

** 2nd shift
** team at a well-established manufacturer in the Auburn, Maine metro area.

** Monday-Thursday** , 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

** What Makes This Role Different*
* + You'll start with a smaller, developing team and play a key role in growing the shift

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goals
+ Help build, train, and develop a growing production team
+ Adjust schedules and workflows as volume increases
+ Identify any inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
+ Partner with leadership to support shift expansion and hiring
+ Maintain a strong presence on the production floor
** What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day*
* + You'll spend most of your time on the floor supporting a small but growing team
+ You'll be directly involved in training, coaching, and setting expectations
+ You'll help create structure
** What We're Looking For*
* + 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
+ Someone comfortable in a build/growth environment (not just maintaining the status quo)
+ Strong communication and team development skills
+ Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environment
+ Basic computer skills
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
+ High school diploma or equivalent

* ** Pay Details:** $27.00 to $37.00 per hour
