About the Organization M.S. Ambrogio North America (formerly GE) has an exciting opportunity to support our plant in Auburn, Maine. M.S. Ambrogio (MSA) is an innovative supplier producing metal components with advanced stamping and welding technologies. Founded over 70 years ago in Cisano, Italy, MSA's Auburn, Maine facility plays a crucial role in bringing expertise and solutions in the Electrical and Automotive Component Manufacturing business to the North American market.

The expectations for this role are to help flow material and other essential products through the shop in a safe and productive manner. This will include covering for other truckers in the plant including the press area and receiving.

• Move freight, stock or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, by hand or using trucks or other equipment
• Use standard measuring instruments
• Unload trucks at the receiving dock when necessary and perform the related SAP transactions
• Perform standard work per the quality work plans
• Generate improvement ideas on a weekly basis
• Participation in team-based improvement activities
• Active participation in standard work revisions
• Clean, maintain, and organize assigned area
• Frequent heavy lifting
• Perform Hazardous Waste Management (daily inspection, shipping prep, etc.)
• Able to interpret shop blueprints
• Able to interpret MOSs and BOMs
• Able to do shop math
• Delivery of material and essential supplies throughout the plant
• Assisting with die keeping

• High School Diploma/GED
• Willing and able to become fork truck licensed
• HAZMAT Certification required (must be obtained within 90 days of starting job)

• Good safety, attendance, and performance record
• Willing and able to become fork truck licensed
• Able to interpret shop blueprints
• Able to interpret MOSs and BOMs
• Able to do arithmetic and basic shop math
• Use standard measuring instruments
• Work with minimum supervision
• Communicate effectively
• Works well with others

Being authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position.

Shift: 8 Hour Shifts 6:30am - 2:30pm.

Pay Rate: $20.82 per hour.

Vacation: 120 Hours after 90-day probation (prorated).

Sick/Personal Time: 40 hours after 90-day probation (prorated).

Paid Holidays: 11 per year.
