Position Summary:The Second Shift Production Supervisor will oversee all daily night operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage night shift in production including reviews, disciplinary actions, and training.
- Commit to plant safety procedures.
- Help develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
- Review and sign off on nightly load lists for all Class A Trucks
- Assist with daily production meetings
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Safety must be the first priority.
- Experience supervising people preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants.
- Ability to read and comprehend policies, procedures, and other company and industry documents.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or other related software.
High School diploma or equivalent;
Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets

Ability to perform very heavy work—routinely lift 25lbs to 50lbs, and occasionally lift 51lbs to greater than 100lbs. Also required to push and pull liquid containers weighing up to 1000 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
Must be able to work outdoors in temperatures ranging from
-10 to over 100 degrees.
Ability to smell/hear leaking gas from cylinders.
