Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)

Shifts:
Regular 8 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, five 8-hour shifts per week; no weekends.
Practice Setting:
Outpatient only; hospital outpatient department.
Types of Cases:
General primary care for patients of all ages; no required procedures.
Patient Volume:
Approximately 18–20 patients per day; appointment lengths are generally 15 or 30 minutes.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days; temporary privileges available.
Electronic Medical Record:
Epic.
Certifications
Required:
Board Certified or truly Board Eligible;
Basic Life Support required.
Licensure
Required:
Active Maine license or willingness to obtain one;
Drug Enforcement Administration registration required.
