The outpatient clinic site operates as a full-time, consistent-coverage setting supported by medical assistants, registered nurses, and patient service representatives. The facility maintains established clinical workflows and onboarding protocols to accommodate locum tenens clinicians.

The area offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of natural, cultural, and recreational activities suited to varied interests. Notable destinations include Thorncrag Nature Sanctuary, Mount Apatite quarry, Lake Auburn, and the Androscoggin Riverwalk, alongside educational and cultural venues such as the Bates College Museum, Museum L-A, and Pineland Farms Garden. Clinicians will provide outpatient, clinic-based primary care services to an adult and geriatric patient population on a day shift basis, Monday through Friday on a 5x8 schedule with no weekend requirements. The expected caseload is 18-20 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of general primary care conditions. The facility utilizes EPIC EMR, and training is provided during onboarding.

No call coverage is required for this assignment, and prescriptive authority is required.
