Merchandiser Part Time; Mexico, Farmington, Oxford

PBNA – $24.10 per hour

Sign‑on bonus: $2,500. Overtime eligible. 4‑Evening shift; starts at 4 PM. Paid weekly. Mileage reimbursement $0.725 per mile.

Position Overview

Responsible for product merchandising within large volume grocery stores. Duties include stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor while interacting with store staff.

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with assigned products.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products between backroom and floor.
• Use equipment (e.g., U‑boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks) to move goods.
• Display promotional materials such as signs and banners.
• Maintain back‑room stock in neat, orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to managers and Pepsi Co management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan‑in/scan‑out, designated route, etc.).
• Service accounts during designated times set by management.
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport, attentiveness to customer needs).
• Operate independently under minimal supervision.
• Use handheld devices to input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

• 18 years or older.
• Pass physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to travel to multiple store locations during assigned shift.

• Experience working in a retail or grocery store (knowledge of store operations, back‑room, inventory, shelf stocking).
• Experience moving products within a store using equipment (u‑boats, hand trucks, dollies, etc.).
• Experience merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, keeping shelves clean, eliminating out‑of‑stocks and out‑of‑date products).
• Experience managing back‑room/stock room inventory (organizing pallets, stacking, storing inventory).
• Experience serving customers (handling complaints, responding to requests, meeting needs).

The role requires a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided for sales‑route duties.
