Our HVAC technicians install, service, and diagnose a wide range of HVAC equipment for commercial and industrial applications. Nason is a pro work/life balance company. This position allows for you to be home in the evenings with a reasonable on-call rotation schedule.

• Work effectively with dispatch to manage daily work load electronically via company paid phone.
• Communicate with customers in a professional & congenial manner.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment including but not limited to; split heat pumps, commercial RTU's, chillers, walk-in coolers, ice machines & air handlers.
• Work cohesively with a team on large projects
• Be willing to assist new employees when applicable
• Communicate information to project manager or department head for accurate quoting & repairs

• 5+ years of experience as an HVACtechnician
• ME Propane/Natural Gas license with service endorsements, EPA refrigeration
• Valid ME driver's license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to expand technical knowledge to meet industry standards
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and problem solve equipment
