UTS, LLC – Independent Contractor – Door & Window Warranty Service

UTS, LLC is looking for experienced independent contractors to perform warranty service work for door and window manufacturers and retailers across the United States. Our company brokers inspection, repair, and installation services, ensuring that our partners’ products are maintained to the highest standards.

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair windows and doors under warranty.
• Install new doors as needed.
• Handle customer relations professionally and courteously.
• Enter service actions and results directly into our app on-site and respond to automated scheduling text messages to coordinate job schedules (iPhone or iPad is a plus).
• Use our AI‑enabled scheduling service, communicated through text messages or in our mobile app, to schedule and complete work orders promptly following manufacturer guidelines, or call customers to schedule directly.

• Experience in window and door inspection, repair, and installation.
• Must have suitable transportation for transporting insulated glass units and door units (trucks with racks or A‑frames, trailers, or vans with sufficient cargo space).
• Must have required hand and power tools, measuring tools, safety equipment, and specialized tools for windows and doors.
• Proof of General Liability Insurance is required.
• Must speak and act professionally.
• Work area includes a 100‑mile radius of Auburn, ME and surrounding areas.

• Competitive pay: starting at $55/hour.
• Additional compensation: mileage paid; helper pay is ½ of lead tech pay.
