Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for

• Responding to day-to-day maintenance requests and completing work orders efficiently
• Performing apartment turnovers and unit preparation for new tenants
• Handling light drywall repairs, painting, patching, and basic carpentry tasks
• Replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and other basic building components
• Completing general repairs and preventative maintenance while keeping properties safe, clean, and functional

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous property maintenance, apartment maintenance, handyman, or general maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or electrical repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools
