• Competitive pay based on experience, $75,000 -$95,000 yearly

• Perform commercial HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in Auburn, ME, and surrounding service areas
• Service heating, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, package units, and automated control systems
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections, adjustments, cleaning, and calibrations
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Complete service tickets, maintenance documentation, and required paperwork accurately onsite
• Communicate job progress, issues, and parts needs with the Service Manager or Project Manager
• Assist with HVAC system modifications and repair recommendations
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
• Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work environment

• EPA Universal 608 certification is required
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience and refrigeration systems
• Gas License required after hire
• Oil License preferred
• Valid State of Maine Class C driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of chillers, boilers, package units, VAV systems, and automated control systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety procedures, and operating instructions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties, including climbing ladders, bending, twisting, and working in varying temperatures
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
