As an Apprentice Painter
, you’ll assist in preparing surfaces and applying various painting techniques to deliver a high-quality final product. This role offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Job Duties
  • Prep surfaces and materials for painting
  • Apply paint using the appropriate techniques and tools
  • Follow detailed instructions and company standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times
  • Provide exceptional service to clients
  • Ensure all work meets company quality expectations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in painting (apprenticeship or on-the-job)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely climb and carry ladders
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to follow directions and work both independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
