This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. The company provides financial relocation assistance.
OverviewAs a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you will work on software that impacts 305 million patients worldwide. You will tackle mission‑critical and complex problems, diagnosing issues, identifying solutions, and managing their implementation across multiple locations and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Diagnose problem conditions in Epic software.
- Identify and validate solution options.
- Manage implementation of solutions, including coordination of multiple stakeholders.
- Travel occasionally to customer locations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or greater.
- History of academic excellence or professional success.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
