Compensation & Pay- Top 50% average salary: $101,176 per year
- Starting CPM: $0.64 to $0.67 per mile
- The top 50% of Crete Carrier and Shaffer Trucking OTR drivers average more than $101,176 annually, and the top 50% of Hunt Transportation drivers average $93,347 annually.
- Additional driver pay based on practical miles: drivers earn 3‑5% more total miles per year, with faster roll‑in of practical miles following recent speed increases.
