Ground Logistics is seeking a motivated, hands‑on leader to oversee daily Fed Ex delivery operations. This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving performance, safety, and team culture.

As a Fed Ex Business Contact (BC), you will play a direct role in the success of the operation each day. You’ll be present in the terminal, leading drivers, managing dispatch, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong partnership with Fed Ex leadership.

This role requires consistency, flexibility, and availability. Operational needs may require early mornings, extended days, or weekend involvement. In return, you gain schedule flexibility when operations allow and the opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding company.

• Driver development and team accountability
• Daily dispatch, route planning, and execution
• Safety training, ride‑alongs, and DOT compliance
• Strong communication and partnership with Fed Ex terminal management
• Vehicle maintenance coordination and operational readiness
• You will be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and keep the operation running at a high level.

• A confident leader who can coach and motivate a team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
• High level of personal accountability
• Availability 6 days per week
• Experience with Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart delivery, courier services, trucking, or similar logistics environments is strongly preferred. Previous Fed Ex BC experience is a plus.
