We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Center Associate I to join its Logistics Center team in Auburn, Massachusetts.
In this hands-on role, you will support material handling, customer returns processing, and daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities- Process customer returns accurately and efficiently.
- Document returned materials upon receipt, ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
- Investigate return-related issues and follow up until they are resolved.
- Perform material handling and logistics transactions using SAP systems.
- Support daily warehouse operations and assist across different logistics functions as needed.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining productivity standards.
Qualification:
- Previous experience using SAP systems.
Candidates must be able to perform the physical duties associated with an active warehouse environment, including:
- Frequently lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance.
- Pushing and pulling loads weighing up to 320 pounds.
- Operating a manual pallet jack.
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and grasping frequently.
- Occasionally using a warehouse ladder to access shelving.
- Pay: $18.00 per hour.
- Employment Type: Contract.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Location: Auburn, Massachusetts 01501.
